- The study of syntax in nature is at the core of my practice, and questions of the relationship between the organization of physical matter and consciousness. Whether consciousness evolved from self-organising molecules, or whether the playful unfolding of pure consciousness creates the material world, there are processes and patterns common to both. In this deep order, with its rhythms and structures, we see reflected the true nature and meaning of our existence. This is art in the spirit of scientific inquiry, but which generates knowledge in the form of lived, sensory experience. It aims to revise our relationship to our environment, for our spiritual health and survival.
