INSIDE / OUTSIDE

INSIDE / OUTSIDE: an interactive digital art project by artists Karen D Thorton (Canada) and Surajit Sarkar (Delhi). Central to this artwork was the idea of bringing the inside to the outside / or the outside in. Using fragments of digitally captured life, INSIDE/OUTSIDE employed video images and sound, combing them in ways that brings unexpected visions into gallery art.

Karen was supported by the Canada Council for the Arts for her work in India.
